The room your child would join
You walk into the room your child would join and see it in the middle of an ordinary day. Look at what sits on the shelves and how the space is arranged for the age group. Step outside and look at the outdoor space too.
The teachers
You meet the teacher who runs the room, and you meet Lisa Giancarli, the owner and executive director. Ask how a day moves from arrival to nap to pickup. Ask how they handle the first weeks, when a child is still learning the room.
Your questions
Ask about hours, meals, pickups and tuition. Ask anything else on your list. If we do not know an answer on the spot, we follow up with you.
Before you come
Bring your child if you can. A tour works best when they can stand in the room, touch the shelves and meet the teacher. We care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Seeing it for themselves tells them more than any description.
Come with the questions that matter at home: what time pickup works, how meals and rest are handled, and how the first weeks go. Ask how you hear about your child's day and what happens if they get sick. Write them down before you arrive so nothing slips. We would rather answer them in person than have you guess.
